Client Registration & Trial Guide
Welcome to the NOVA SIGMA quantitative trading platform. This guide walks you through the complete journey — from registration to starting your trial — in about 5–10 minutes of form filling. Once approved, you can begin your 7-day free trial.
Important:
NOVA SIGMA services are available exclusively to qualified institutional investors and professional clients. They are NOT available to retail investors. By registering, you confirm that you meet the professional investor criteria.
1. Find the Registration Entry
- Open the official website: https://novasigmaquant.com
- Click 「Client Portal」 in the top-right navigation (highlighted button).
- On the login page, click the registration link below the form: 「Register your account」 or 「Register here」.

2. Complete the Registration Form
2.1 Account information

2.2 Select client type
Choose one of the following:
- Institutional — register on behalf of a company/institution
- Individual — register as a natural person (professional investors only, not retail)
2.3 KYC details (by client type)
Institutional clients are required to provide:

2.4 Confirm and submit
Before submitting, you must confirm two statements:
- ✅ All information provided is true and accurate; false information will result in rejection.
- ✅ You are an institutional investor or professional client as defined by applicable regulations, and NOT a retail investor.
3. Review & 7-Day Free Trial
- Wait for review — our compliance team reviews applications within 1–2 business days.
- Receive the result by email (sent to your registered address):
- ✅ Approved — you will receive a “Registration Approved” email
- ❌ Not approved — you will receive a “Registration Update” email with the reason
- Start your 7-day free trial — once approved, log in to the Client Portal (https://novasigmaquant.com/portal.html) to begin a 7-day free trial of the Shark Array strategy signal service.
The free trial is free of charge and requires no commitment.
4. Sign the Closed Beta Agreement (3-Month)
- After the 7-day trial ends, you will reach the 「Trial Complete」 page, which shows your trial performance summary.
- Click 「Continue to Service Agreement」.
- Read the full Strategy Access Technical Service Agreement (bilingual, Chinese and English) carefully — 10 articles covering definitions, service scope, obligations, fees, IP & confidentiality, risk disclosure (Article 6), liability, term & termination, governing law and dispute resolution.
- Tick the confirmation at the bottom of the agreement and click sign to complete.
Note:
The agreement is executed in both Chinese and English with equal legal force; in the event of ambiguity, the Chinese version prevails. The closed beta period is 3 months. Please read the Risk Disclosure (Article 6) carefully — quantitative trading carries principal-loss risk; the platform provides technology signal services only, does not constitute investment advice, and does not manage client funds.
